Breakfast for the next 15 days is the same:
• orange, pear, peach, melon, watermelon (avoid bananas or grapes)
• toast
• a cup of coffee or tea, without added sugar

First day

Lunch:
• 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 sour milk
Dinner:
• 2 tomatoes (2 dl cooked tomato sauce), 1 boiled egg, 1/2 lettuce or cucumber, 2 baked potatoes

Other day

Lunch:
• 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 sour milk
Dinner:
• 125 g ground boiled beef, 1 tomato, 1 orange, cup of coffee, 1 brownie

Third day:

Lunch:
• 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 sour milk, 1 head of lettuce or cucumber
Dinner:
• 125 g ground boiled beef, 1 orange, 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 1 toast

The fourth day:

Lunch:
• 125 g of cow's cheese, 1 tomato, 1 toast
Dinner:
• 125 g ground boiled beef, 2 tomatoes, 1 apple, 1 toast

Day five:

Lunch:
• 200 g of boiled meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 toast
Dinner:
• 1/2 boiled vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes), 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato

Meat and cooked vegetables can be seasoned with herbs.

Cardiology diet strictly prohibits the consumption of alcohol, but promises to lose about 2.5 kilograms after the first 5 days. After a two-day break, you can repeat the diet three times for 5 days, and you should lose 15 kilograms in 15 days without negative health effects.

The authors of this diet claim that the lost pounds will not return after the diet is over, if you followed one rule on Mondays:
Breakfast: A glass of lemon juice without added sugar
Lunch: An apple, two pieces of toast
Dinner: Eggs, tomatoes
