Preparing the brain to remember a specific thing is sometimes extremely difficult. Michael Nielsen found the answer to how you can learn new material in five minutes and retain it in your memory for all eternity.
Michael Nielsen, scientist and researcher, advises that you are studying you help with cards or plonk sheets, on of which a very small amount of information is recorded.
Two years ago, Nielsen started for the first time use this learning technique ‒ since then, as he writes on his Twitter account, memorized more than 9000 cards. But daily he spends 20 minutes reviewing his notes.

If you need something saved five minutes into the future, you write it down on card, because it is for learning these things actually only takes five minutes. The rule is as follows:
1. Schedule time to repeat things.
Nielsen says some are research has shown that we absorb information better if it is repeated, but we also have to do pause or find time to think. Repetition of material and rest for you they help while yes retain the information you learn.
2. Turn on your brain before searching for an answer.
