What are your sexual fantasies?

Sexual fantasies affect the mind and reflect on the body, they are something you want to involve your partner in. It doesn't have to be role-playing, but it can be anything that goes through your mind, romantic fantasies, sensual, a bit naughty and the like, explained the Australian sexologist Jacqueline Hellye.

She added that the fantasies are not always an orgy, it can also be that, for example, you find a bedroom full of chocolates or flowers, or a naughty fantasy about making love with your partner in another part of the house.

She noticed that people often keep silent about their fantasies because they are afraid of being judged, they are worried about how their partner would react to it.

If you want to talk about your fantasies, do it in a positive way. You don't want to tell your partner that they are boring, that they can never do anything interesting. But tell him/her: “Darling, you are really wonderful and I just got an idea that I want to share with you,” he says  Jacqueline Hellyer. She added that just because your partner wants something doesn't mean you have to do it.

Sometimes just sharing fantasies can be erotic and liberating. She advised beginners to get involved in simple fantasies first and only then decide if they want to spice up their relationship.

Women are more likely to realize their sexual fantasies

study, in which they did an online survey of 1,300 volunteers of both sexes, it showed that 81 percent of women and 77 percent of men had already realized their fantasies about sexual intercourse in public. They said that it gave them great satisfaction and that it was not difficult for them to resist the temptation.

About half of men and three-quarters of women find ideas about sexual fantasies in books and then practice them. Half of the respondents said that they like sadomaso games and that they like to be filmed during sex.

Couples also answered questions. Three-quarters of them admitted that television and movies inspire them to have sexual fantasies. When it comes to fetishes, 60 percent of couples like to dress up and play different roles, such as a slave and his owner. As many as 28 percent like to whip their partner.

Despite this, 60 percent of the respondents of both sexes mentioned that they are somewhat ashamed of their fantasies and are careful with whom they talk about it, but they confide them to their partner.

"Many are ashamed of their sexual fantasies, but it's good to share them with a partner anyway", he also said Richard Longhurst, the owner of the company that conducted the survey.
