An app that all it does is... Yo. And that's that. With the flood of applications that offer the user more than we can imagine today, tomorrow, even next year, the Yo application is a real refresher in the world of mobile applications.
When Moshe Hogeg, CEO of Mobli, simply got tired of calling his assistant, he commissioned an app from his developer to do just that. That developer was Or Arbel, who later took just 8 hours to get the basic app set up Yo, which was apparently enough to attract a million dollars worth of investor attention.
Establishing a nickname, contacting a friend with this application and already by pressing on the contact you can send a test and a recording of spoken Yo. Texting Yo Yo indicates that you're feeling particularly chatty. A completely new way of chatting and a new form of truly non-invasive communication that briefly says more… and more than enough: alert you when new content is published on your favorite blog, with Yo you can remind your loved one that you are thinking of them, Yo from your pizzeria tells you to pick up your order, and if you receive a Yo during a meeting, no one will know that the app alerted you to your favorite team's just scored a goal in the World Cup.
Another interesting thing: to send Yo via sms, you make 10-12 moves, via the YO app only 2. That's it? Yo, oops, yes.
