"In any marriage that lasts longer than a week, there are reasons for divorce. The trick is to find and keep looking for reasons for marriage." - Robert Anderson
When you fall in love, you look at that person as if they were your whole world. But through time and life's challenges, many things are no longer the way they were at the beginning. Time will always tell if your relationship works in the long run or not.
But to avoid any rash and irrational actions out of anger because you don't know where your relationship stands right now, look for these warning signs first and deal with the problems before it's too late.
1. Sudden personality changes
There may come a time in your relationship when your partner accepts certain things that you wouldn't even expect them to. Sometimes these changes help him or your relationship. But sometimes these changes can mean they want to meet someone else's needs before yours.
It's important to communicate and discuss why these changes are happening and why they've suddenly taken on these new things.
2. He is no longer paying attention
Have you noticed that your partner has become cold towards you, no longer touching you, holding your hand, hugging you and not wanting any physical contact with you? Do you feel like he doesn't want to be a part of your life anymore? Then this could be a sign that he will leave you soon. This problem needs to be dealt with immediately.
Communicate about what makes him/her happy and what doesn't, what makes you happy and what doesn't, this is the way to improve relationships.
3. He doesn't want to communicate
If you have noticed that your partner has stopped talking about his everyday things and does not want to talk about common goals, desires, this is a sign that your relationship is in a critical state. Consider why he is no longer willing to talk.
If you can't find a reason, try to talk again. If you find fault on your end, apologize to him. Apologizing is a good start, but you'll never know what the real problem is if he doesn't tell you.
Consider if such a person is really the right person for you.
4. You no longer have time together
There may come a moment in your relationship when you feel like your partner is no longer spending time with you. Spend more time with friends, family or anyone else. However, if he is deliberately avoiding you and suddenly starts hanging out with people other than you, you will need to talk to him.
The answer may be hard to hear, but at least you'll know why.
All signs should be treated calmly, express your feelings, try to listen to your partner's words, understand the situation and above all - communicate. Solve the problems or go your separate ways.
