Žit's store on Slovenska Street in the center of Ljubljana surprises with a new concept offering "everything for breakfast". The wide range of bakery products and many accessories for breakfast is integrated into the modern concept of the renovated bar, which also has a bakery and a small restaurant next to the shop.
Intoxicating aromas beckon visitors from a new shop and bar in the center of the capital, the concept of which is based on a variety of bakery products. They daily offer 10 types of butter pastry, 4 types of pizza, 8 types of daily fresh sandwiches, snack bars, all Žito's breads and small pastries, 8 types of bureks... The concept is modern, as they have also added fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies and salads.
"Because we want to offer fresh and high-quality prepared products in Žito, we prepare or finish them right in the new bar. Fresh desserts are also available in the restaurant section, from cream slices to fresh cakes." explains director of Žito's retail store, Tevž Tavčar. The most delicious and fun lunch in town was accompanied by the baking and cutting of mega Jelenov kruh, one of the most recognizable Zito bread products, which is made from 100 % Slovenian wheat. It weighed 20 kg and had a diameter of 1.2 m.
With the renewed concept, Žito will start opening more such stores, both under its own management and in partnership with franchised private individuals.
