[Ad] Up in the homeland for a few days with @visitabdn. I actually grew up in a small town near Aberdeenshire so I’m super excited to be able to share the area with you guys! . . This is the beautiful Crathes Castle. We were treated to a tour of the castle by the lovely Rab. He entertained us with castle stories from the past- one including the tale of the green lady 😱. She’s said to have been witnessed pacing back and forth by many visitors- one being Queen Victoria! . . The castle hosts spooky candle-lit ghost tours in October. [ad] We were lucky enough to be able to stay at the @thefifearms during our trip to Aberdeenshire with @visitabdn. The hotel is insane (in a good way)! I’ve seriously never stayed anywhere like it. It has an impressive collection of art (mostly Scottish) and taxidermy, which makes for a very interesting stay. There’s something to see around every corner and I seriously could’ve spent weeks there snapping everything! I’ll put more on stories tomorrow. #visitABDN #ScotlandIsNow #BeautifulABDN

IG VS REALITY. The first photo is a photo which I consider to be the ultimate end product of what I call my ART. The Craigievar Castle is a fairytale castle, a fine example of Scottish Baronial architecture, seems on first glance to have grown naturally out of the rolling hills themselves and is a fantastic stop with imaginative kids.
