Who will who? Apple and Google recently launched their new premium smartphones – iPhone 7 and Pixel. Since they both claim that theirs is the best in the world, we put them in the ring and set the rules. Only facts and high-flying words count. And who won? Bet on Apple's iPhone 7 or Google's Pixel phone?

iPhone 7 smartphone
In a few years, if you ask anyone what they remember about the iPhone 7, they'll say it was the first phone. without the classic headphone jack. If Apple wanted us to remember it that way, we don't know, but we do know that the new iPhone does not disappoint.

The iPhone was already famous for its excellent digital camera, with as many as two resolution digital cameras 12 MP (ƒ/1.8) and the six-layer lens and optical image stabilizer sets the bar even higher. The camera makes it possible 2x optical zoom, and the photo will be enlarged up to 10 times without losing quality. The dual camera is capable of capturing wide-angle shots and creating depth effect (you bokeh). The front camera has 7 MP. Users will also welcome more storage space. The most powerful model was given just 256 GB, the 16GB version is a thing of the past, everything now starts at 32GB (available in 32, 128 and 256GB versions). It drives him A10 Fusion quad-core processor, which is 40 percent faster compared to the A9 dual-core processor built into the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S models, and has an operating system iOS 10. The battery should provide 14 hours of autonomy, and we can count on even more with the iPhone 7 Plus model, which means that they have battery with the longest endurance in the entire history of phones from Cupertino. The color black is coming back, namely in two shades – jet black and black. In addition to these, it will also be available in silver, gold and rose gold shades. It got stereo sound with the second speaker. It is available in Slovenia from September 23, 2016 onwards.
Pixel smartphone:
There are two reasons to buy Google's first smartphone instead of the iPhone 7. He is the first camera, and others artificial intelligence.
It's a pixel the first smartphone built by Google itself. Like the new iPhone, this one comes in two sizes. With the pair, Google wants to turn the Samsung-Apple duel into a three-way battle, and it is not at all shy to call its new phone the best smartphone in history. The Google partner remains HTC, which still manufactures the phone. The smaller Pixel has 5-inch Full HD Amoled screen resolution 1920 x 1080 MP (pixel density 441 ppi), and the Pixel XL has a 5.5-inch Quad HD Amoled screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 MP and the same pixel density. In addition to the battery – 2770 mAh (Pixel) vs 3450 mAh (Pixel XL) – which has an exceptional charging speed, as it charge for seven hours of use in 15 minutes (!), and weight (143 grams vs. 168 grams), this is the only difference between the first representatives of the new line of Pixel phones. A quad-core processor hides under the phone's hood Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 with a frequency of 2.15 GHz. Google engineers dedicated it 4 GB of system memory, 32 or 128 GB of data storage and input USB Type-C. The Pixel has set the camera bar even higher than the iPhone 7. It has a rear camera 12.3MP (f/2.0), and the front eight (f/2.4). The camera can capture 4K video at 30 frames per second and Google says it's the best camera yet. It refers to the result of a test carried out according to the standard for the quality of cameras and lenses of the company DxOmark, which is the alpha and omega of sensor tests in the world of photography. Namely, it achieved the highest rating among smartphones, namely 89 out of a possible 100 or three more than the iPhone 7 (86). The phone does not have an optical image stabilizer, but there is a gyroscope. If the hardware doesn't represent a revolution, Google is seriously flirting with it when it comes to software. It is the most revolutionary innovation Google Assistant (Google's equivalent of Siri), which answers all possible questions, understands the context, and we can communicate with it by means of speech. Users have the option nelimited storage of photos and recordings in Google Photos and in the original and not just reduced size! If you were wondering if Google has also removed the classic headphone jack, the answer is no. Like the iPhone 7, the Google Pixel does not have the option of expanding the storage space with a memory card microSD. It runs an operating system Android 7.1 Nougat and comes preloaded with Allo and Duo apps. It is available in three colors – Quite Black, Really Blue and Very Silver.
It's a good thing we weren't in a rush to buy a new iPhone, because we're more into Google's Pixel smartphone than the iPhone 7. What about you?
