The Nexus is dead, long live the Pixel, the first smartphone that Google built itself! Google Pixel and Google Pixel XL are open attacks on Apple's iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. With phones of the highest price class, separated only by size and battery, Google wants to turn the duel (Samsung : Apple) into a three-way battle, and it is unabashedly calling its new phone the best smartphone in history. Is Google next in line to become obsessed with Apple, or does the Pixel really mean a revolution? Do we have a new king among smartphones?
Google wants to be the second Apple. Google has launched a smartphone Google Pixel and Google Pixel XL. But let's go from high-sounding words to facts and check if this is true.
Google Pixel will be available in two sizes. The Pixel family is already represented by the Chromebook laptop and the Pixel C tablet. It hides under the cover of the phone Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor with a frequency of 2.15 GHz. Google engineers intended for them 4 GB of system memory and 32 or 132 GB of storage space and entrance USB Type-C.
It will have a rear camera 12.3 megapixels (f/2.0), and the front eight (f/2.4). She achieved it the highest rating among smartphones until now, namely 89, which is three more than the iPhone 7 (86). Image stabilization is provided by a gyroscope, but the phone does not have an optical image stabilizer.
If the hardware doesn't represent a revolution, Google is seriously flirting with it when it comes to software. It is the most revolutionary innovation Google Assistant, which answers all possible questions, and with it you can we communicate using speech. Users will have to save photos unlimited ability to save photos and videos in Google Photos, and that in original and not reduced size! In case you were wondering if Google removed it too classic headphone jack, the answer is no, and he made a special point of it, making a little joke about his rival from Cupertino, for whom he more than clearly has absolutely no awe. Like the iPhone 7, the Google Pixel does not have the option to expand the storage space with a microSD memory card, however, Google wins this battle due to the aforementioned unlimited storage of full-resolution photos. Google Pixel and Google Pixel XL are powered by the operating system Android 7.1 Nougat. It will have apps preloaded Hello and Duo.

Both phones will be available in three colors with funny names, namely 'quite black' (Quite Black), 'truly blue' (Really Blue) and 'very gray' (Very Silver). Unfortunately, they won't be exactly cheap. For the entry-level model, it will be necessary to shell out somewhere around 570 euros.
