Ingredients for masala chai tea:
- 4 cups of water
- ½ cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 5 cloves
- 3 peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- black/green/red tea
- honey
