Ice cream can also be a healthy meal.

The process of making homemade sugar-free ice cream:
Slowly heat the milk in a saucepan, but do not allow it to boil. Add a vanilla bean and let it cook on low heat for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, beat the egg yolks with a hand mixer until frothy. After the elapsed time, remove the vanilla bean from the milk, cut it in half and scrape out the seeds, which are sprinkled back into the milk. Let the milk cool down, strain it and pour it into the egg yolks. Mix and transfer to the shrimp. Add cocoa to the liquid and cook over low heat (the mass must not boil!) until it thickens. A sign that we need to remove the shrimp from the heat is a thick foam that collects on the spoon while stirring. Allow the mass to cool, then add the cream. Pour into an ice cream maker and follow the instructions for use. The ice cream is then transferred to a plastic container(s) and frozen. And happy sweetening!

Recipe for simple homemade ice cream with fruit

Ingredients for homemade fruit ice cream:

  • 500 ml of yogurt
  • 500 ml of sweet cream
  • 350 g of sugar
  • 300 g of fruit (raspberries, peaches, strawberries...)

The process of making homemade ice cream with fruit:
First, you chop the fruit into pieces and cook it with 200 grams of sugar until the sugar melts completely. Then cool the sauce and mix it if you don't want to have whole pieces of fruit in the ice cream. When the sauce is ready, start whipping the cream together with 150 grams of sugar, to which you add yogurt and a little less than three quarters of the fruit sauce. Mix well and place in the freezer for about 10 hours. After a few hours, it makes sense to mix the mass again to remove any crystals. Before serving, pour the rest of the sauce over the ice cream. Have a good run!
