Sandwich lovers and good food, mind you! We present you a recipe for a perfect breakfast. A recipe for bombastic sandwich with eggs and smoked salmon. And because we know that others will have a hard time resisting this morning delicacy, we present you a recipe with ingredients for four people.
Recipe for a sandwich with eggs and smoked salmon:
Ingredients for a sandwich with eggs and smoked salmon (for 4 people):
- 200 g Greek yogurt Total
- 6 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- ¼ bunch of chopped chives
- 8 slices of smoked salmon
- 4 wholemeal bombettes or buns
- 20 g of butter
- salt and pepper to taste

Making a sandwich with eggs and smoked salmon:
In a deep bowl, mix whole eggs with milk with a whisk and season to taste. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the egg mixture and stir until the scrambled eggs are cooked to your liking. Then stir in 100 g of Total Greek yogurt and finely chopped chives.
Remove from heat and store in a warm place. Cut the buns in half and toast them quickly on the cut side. Spread them thinly with the remaining Total Greek yogurt and place a slice of smoked salmon on each half. Then cover generously with beaten eggs. Have a good run!
