Ingredients for creamy watermelon ice cream:
- 600 g of watermelon
- 40 dag of sugar
- 100 ml of water
- 2 egg whites
- 2 or 3 lemons/limes
- 100 g of sweet cream
The process of making creamy watermelon ice cream:
Cut the watermelon into (smaller or larger) pieces and remove all pips (so that the ice cream does not burn). Mix boiled sugar, water and squeezed lemons/limes. Add approx. 1 dl of cold water and whipped sweet vegetable cream and mix. Finally, add the whipped egg whites. We mix. Place the ice cream in the freezer for a few hours and it is ready to eat.
