Watermelon pudding is very easy to make, for which you will need: just a few minutes and few ingredients.

Recipe for Watermelon Pudding:

Ingredients for watermelon pudding (for 4 people):

  • 1 kg of watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon of unrefined sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 vanilla pudding powder (or as much starch)
  • 1.5 dcl of water
  • mint (optional)

Procedure for preparing watermelon pudding:
Remove the seeds from the watermelon and mash the flesh. It is best to do this with a stick blender. Sift the vanilla powder, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan and add the watermelon and water. Put everything on the stove, where the pudding should boil gently for about two minutes. Then pour it into cups and put it in the fridge to cool down. Serve cold and garnished with fresh pieces of watermelon flavored with chopped mint. Have a good run!
