- 500 g of Gorenjka Chef cooking chocolate
- 200 ml of sweet cream
- different types of fruit (bananas, strawberries, pears, dried apricots, figs, kiwi, pineapple, prunes, etc.)
- chopped hazelnuts (optional)
Chocolate fondue preparation process:
Cut the fruit, and break the chocolate into cubes or grate it. Melt it slowly in a fondue bowl and pour in the sweet cream while stirring constantly to create a smooth liquid mixture. Make sure the chocolate doesn't burn. Then place the pan on the burner. Dip pieces of fruit into melted chocolate with fondue skewers and then roll them in hazelnuts if desired.
