Forest fruits they are yum on their own, but if we combine them with a soft pancake, which is basically prepared completely without sugar, the pleasure is even more complete. These are delicious pancakes with forest fruits in German.

Ingredients for the dough:
- 25 g of butter
- 125 g of milk
- 95 g smooth white flour
- 3 eggs
- pinch of salt
Ingredients for the filling:
- 30 g of almonds
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- a cup of forest fruits
The process of preparing German-style pancakes with forest fruits:
First, heat the oven to 230 °C. Then melt the butter in a pan and cool it to room temperature. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add the cooled butter. Mix until the mass is completely smooth. Pour into the pan in which we melted the butter. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 230 °C, then lower the temperature to 175 °C and bake for another 5 minutes. When the pancake is baked, it is sprinkled with powdered sugar, forest fruits and almonds. You can add melted chocolate or cream right at the end. Have a good run!
