Edible balloon: balloon as a dessert!

Edible balloon

Imagination knows no bounds, not even in the kitchen. Alinea, a restaurant in Chicago that boasts three Michelin stars (there are only a dozen across the pond), offers a very special dessert! Edible balloon! The delicate specialty does not come cheap and is one of 20 unique courses on the US$210 menu.

Edible balloon served to you as dessert in a Chicago restaurant Paragraph, which has been at the top of North American restaurants for years.

A balloon is a mixture of condensed or condensed milk (cow's milk with water removed and sugar added) and green apple.

The mixture is carefully inflated with help helium, which you can sip before consuming the "skin", and as a reward you get a cartoon voice.

The cord is made from dried apple. And no matter how hard you try to eat a balloon with dignity, it is practically impossible.
