"The open kitchen is going on in four Slovenian cities and our get-togethers are something special in every city, whether it's the intangible spice brought by the smell of the sea in Koper, or the enthusiasm with which residents from both sides of the border welcomed the project in Nova Gorica last year. But one thing always remains the same, regardless of the location. This is our insistence on superior quality. Diversity, originality, freshness and quality in dishes from all over Slovenia and from world cuisines, complemented by truly a rich selection of wines, cocktails, beer and other drinks they are what separates us from similar projects at home and abroad," the project manager summed up the essence of the Open Kitchen Alma Kochavy. "The open kitchen is an exceptional project that gives Slovenian cuisine and chefs the opportunity to express themselves creatively in the more relaxed atmosphere of the so-called street food markets, a concept that is popular especially in the Asian part of the world. Fun, educational and, above all, so different from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city," she officially said about Open Kitchen the best chef in the world Ana Roš from the House of Franko.
