On March 24, Open Kitchen, undoubtedly the tastiest harbinger of spring in our country, will enter its fifth season. Everything will start in Ljubljana at Pogačarjev trg, and Open Kitchen 2017 will also be hosted in other Slovenian cities this year.
"This year, too, we are starting in Ljubljana at Pogačarjev trg, where we will socialize every sunny Friday with an excellent selection of food and drinks, as long as the weather permits in autumn," she said while preparing for the start of the new season Alma Kochavy, project manager.
The concept of the most popular culinary market here remains the same - diversity, originality, freshness and quality in dishes from all over Slovenia and from world cuisines, complemented by a truly rich offer wines, cocktails, beer and other drinks. The specialty of the Open Kitchen is also its own green 'soul', as the organizers constantly strive for measures to separate all waste and to use returnable or fully degradable packaging.

Open kitchen 2017 will also be hosted in other Slovenian cities. It will be the first one Celje, namely on Saturday, April 1st. This will be followed by hosting in Dill Saturday, April 15, the first visit this year Nove Gorica but Open Kitchen plans on Wednesday, April 26.
