10 movies that I would never figure out the real meaning of

You must have seen some of the films many times, but rarely did you recognize any deeper/hidden meaning in them. Famous movies are full of them, can you spot them?

Here are 10 movies in which of real importance I would never have found out.

X-Men (1999)

Even in comic book movies, hidden meanings can be recognized. The viewer follows the struggle of the main characters who defend equality mutants and humans. But the X-Men movies are really commenting on a long-standing struggle for rights homosexuals.

Battle Royale (2001)

Excellent Japanese a film that follows a group of students who, following the instructions of the government, enter into a game of life and death, as they must kill each other until the last survivor. This is a comment about Japanese school system, which is often too difficult for students and expects too much from them, which is also reflected among the population.

District 9 (2009)

The South African science fiction film is about coexistence humanity and a group of aliens, which accidentally landed on our planet. They are completely without rights and live in poverty. It was similar in South Africa during apartheid, a racist system that it has only just abolished Nelson Mandela.

Eraserhead (1977)

The debut of the legendary David Lynch is something completely abstract despite the simple story. It follows Henry, a passive inhabitant of a post-apocalyptic land, who unexpectedly gives birth to a child. The latter is some kind of strange mutant, and Henry has a hard time dealing with the fact that he has to take care of him. The film is really about the director's fears of paternity.

RoboCop (1987)

An action treat follows a police officer Alex Murphy, who is saved from death by a corporation and transformed into a robot. It was created with a mission to stop crime in the city. In many ways, we can identify with Robocop Jesus, especially in scenes where it looks like the main character is walking on water.

The Shining (1980)

The legendary film starring Jack Nicholson takes place in a mysterious hotel where strange things happen. It is later revealed to be cemetery Indians. Thus, the event is supposed to represent how Americans have forgotten the massacres of the original inhabitants of America, but at the same time it also points to modern racism (besides Jack, only one other black character dies in the film).

The Dark Knight (2008)

For many, it's just a movie about Batman, but in fact we can recognize in it a criticism of the Bush administration. The Joker is a psychopath who terrorizes the city (similar to Bin Laden America), while Batman is a tool who chooses no means and tortures criminals to get to the Joker (similar to, say, the CIA).

Spider-Man (2002)

Peter Parker is a teenager who gets bitten by a spider and becomes a superhero. Sudden physical changes happen to him and we quickly think of puberty, where something similar is happening.

Toy Story 3 (2010)

The Disney movie is about the holocaust. Yes, you heard right. Similar to the ones before the second world war many countries have forgotten the Jews who lived under the Nazi regime, similarly Andy goes to college and leaves the toys behind. The latter then have a meeting where they discuss the possible consequences in their new world. A similar scene occurs in a Holocaust drama Pianist (The Pianist, 2002).

Aliens 2 (1986)

In the second film of this famous franchise, Ripley returns to the planet where the Eighth Passenger was found, but this time she has a company of marines with her. Parallels can be drawn with the vietnam war, where the Americans burned out as they were faced with unexpected war conditions and were also faced with a bad management. So something similar to the movie.
