Summer is just around the corner, panic is behind the door of my home. The weather has turned to the side of the season in an instant, and in my fridge and on my menu there is a composition of slightly lighter ingredients.

The will to move in the fresh air, carrot, orange, apple and ginger smoothies and the sun tip my well-being scale upwards... the craving for chocolate and the profile of my running shoes, dusty and lonely in the (in)visible corner of my room, push the tab on the scale down . In order to tilt her back in my favor, I make a list of forbidden things and, at the highest level of self-discipline, decide to stop eating high-calorie delicacies. I will switch to the side of a healthy life and gain fitness and reduce stress through running.

I resolutely repeated these words to myself yesterday, but today I run from section to section of healthy food, from restaurant to restaurant, where I carefully read the menus and in the end I stay with a glass of water and a scoop of chocolate ice cream. In an instant, I realize that living healthy is basically easy, if you only want it, in fact, I am displeased by the great competition of the products on offer, and an even bigger blow and disappointment over the concept of healthy food is the fact that the range of foods is without culinary creations, which the taste is more or less artificial, and the content is just to satisfy the primary need. Obviously, it will take absolute creativity to discover miracles in simple recipes that are traditionally proven.

Deciphering concepts, such as reduced value, calorie-free, organically produced... is, at the end of the day, without a doubt, a luxury that has no message whatsoever with the expression and labeling of the food offered. In conclusion, I nostalgically stick to fresh fruits and vegetables from the nearby market and one chocolate ice cream a week, and my spring approach to the concept of health will be supplemented on May 7, when the Running Academy begins City Magazine.
