4 tricks to organize your smartphone

Nowadays, it is often difficult to put all things and obligations in their place. Without good organizational skills, our lives can easily turn into total chaos. Of course, this also applies to your smartphone, which is probably constantly alerting you to new emails, messages and various update notifications.

With a little goodwill and time, your smartphone can become yours a perfectly organized personal assistant. Start with small steps. For those of you who are not sure what to clean and how to organize your smart device, we have some tips.

1. Check memory usage

You probably also have applications on your smartphone that you once installed, but now you no longer use at all. They now unnecessarily occupy the limited internal memory. Therefore, we suggest that you open the list of installed applications, do a brief review and delete the ones you don't need. We recommend that you then do the same with the photos.

2. Unsubscribe from the mailing list

You have probably already signed up to various mailing lists - either through a prize game or just by making a purchase on websites. And now your mailbox is cluttered with various promotional messages. If you do not want to receive them, you can always unsubscribe from the recipient list. Open said email and there's usually an "Unsubscribe" or "Sending Settings" button in small print at the bottom. Click on it and get rid of unnecessary information.

3. Use only one app from a category

It is true that each application has some advantages and peculiarities, so sometimes we use several from the same category. However, this way of using apps is very time-consuming and on the other hand, it is also expensive if you have to pay a membership fee for the app. Therefore, we recommend that, for example, you communicate with only one messaging application. It's the same with apps for streaming music or watching movies and series - keep only one favorite and cancel all the others.

4. Make a backup copy of your data

If you have a new phone, be careful how you transfer data. Back up your data so you don't have to worry about your favorite photos or important messages. All you have to do is select the data you want to copy in the settings and let the phone do the work.
