6 things to remember when you miss someone you deleted from your life

You miss them even though you let them out of your life because you put yourself first. You have realized that you cannot spend the rest of your life in doubts and questions.

You deserve much more. Never forget that, especially when you feel alone and lonely.

Then read and remember the following things.

1. Your loneliness can trick you into missing the wrong person

Take a moment to ask yourself if you really miss them – or if you just miss the feeling of being wanted. Maybe you miss someone to keep you company, or you miss their closeness because you've never been alone. If you simply feel lonely, then there are other people who can help you. You don't have to settle for this person who you already know is bad for you. You don't have to run back to them.

2. You cut them out of your life for a reason

You may be focusing on the good times you shared. Maybe you miss them because they once brought you so much peace and happiness. But you can't forget the pain they brought you. You can't focus on the good without remembering the bad. There was a reason you walked away from this person, so don't fall into a loop of memories and thinking it was all a mistake. Remember why you left in the first place. You owe it to your past self to respect the decision you made.

3. You don't want to repeat history

You don't want to give them another chance to hurt and hurt you. And you don't want to go through the same pain again. It was hard enough to gather the strength to leave. Do you really want to repeat history? Do you really want to take a step back when you're doing so well without them? Even though you might miss them right now, that doesn't mean you want to be with them again. This does not mean that it is a good idea to forgive and forget them.

You can't go back to the past because your future will be so much brighter without them.

5. It may take some time to move forward

You think you should have forgotten them by now. You shouldn't get angry at the fact that they still cross your mind - more often than you'd like. Every heart heals differently. Some people need more time than others. Even though you feel like you'll never get over them, you will. You just need a little more time.

6. They really don't deserve you

You don't have to settle for someone who isn't capable of loving you fully. With someone who can't keep up with your expectations. Don't assume that no one will love you. Someone else will come into your life to fill your heart and soul. And then you will never miss that person again.
