6 tricks to wear high heels without pain

Fridays - every woman's blessing and curse. Beautiful shoes that visually lengthen our legs and add some confidence and inches are the weakness of most of us. But why is it so tiring to wear them?! We present you 6 tricks on how to wear heels without pain, because you know what our grandmothers used to say: you have to be patient for beauty.

1. Always buy the correct shoe size.

The fact is that the shoe numbers vary quite a bit depending on the different models and brands of shoes. It is even more important to know that we the size of the foot changes over the years. Therefore, when buying, make sure that nothing is bothering you anywhere in the store on Fridays.

2. Do not wear very thin heels and those shoes that do not have the heel directly below the middle of the heel.

Your feet will suffer a lot less if you wear chunky heels or platforms rather than high heels that are thinner than the thickness of a pencil (no matter how good they look!). Your feet will also thank you if you choose shoes that have them heels directly under the heel bone and not completely at the end of the shoe.

3. Take exercise breaks while wearing heels.

If you have heels on your feet all day, it is very important to take off your shoes and exercise your feet in short breaks - even if just for a few minutes under the office desk, when no one is looking.

4. Soften the shoes with insoles.

If you thought that shoe stores only offer you soft insoles to sell more, you were wrong: shoe insoles really make walking in heels easier, because the soft they cushion hard shoes.

5. When walking, be careful to step first on the heel and then on the toes.

Never step on your toes in dizzy heels – you put a lot of strain on your legs. Be careful that with each step you step on the heel first, i.e. as if you were walking in normal ballet flats or Allstar shoes.

6. Emergency exit: use duct tape!

As bizarre as it sounds, keep medical tape handy. Between your third and fourth toes (viewed from the thumb) is located nerve, and the pressure on it while walking in high heels is the reason why your feet start to hurt. If you tape your middle and ring feet together, the pressure on the nerve will be less and the pain will be much more bearable.
