Ingredients for white chocolate chocolate mousse:

  • 200 grams of white chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 50 milliliters of milk
  • 200 milliliters of whipped cream
  • 3 to 4 mint leaves

Recipe for white chocolate chocolate mousse:

Beat egg yolks, milk and sugar over steam. Remove from steam and add the grated white chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts. Cool to room temperature. Beat the egg whites until stiff and whip the cream. Mix the snow and cream together and then slowly mix in the cooled chocolate cream. Divide the mass into cups and refrigerate for an hour.
