Evening run around Ljubljana
To open the running season and test the latest Solarglide 5, adidas Runners from Ljubljana, in collaboration with Intersport, are organizing an evening run around Ljubljana on Wednesday, March 23, at 6 p.m. It will be led by the captains of AR Ljubljana, Blaž Strožer and Tamara Pavlovič, and is intended for both beginners and more experienced runners. As the captain of adidas Runners says, in anticipation of this year's season, they are opening up an important topic - the safety of women during sports activities: "The evening run is intended to raise awareness of the importance of women's safety during evening and nighttime outdoor activities. Many people are afraid to run alone, especially after dark and in more remote places. It's impossible to eliminate all risks, but there are precautions we women can take to make exercise safer and more enjoyable. We want women not to give up what they love, to put on sneakers again and take running as something relaxing and happy."
The start and finish of the 5-kilometer run will be in front of Intersport (Šubičeva ulica 2 in Ljubljana), and before that runners will be able to test the latest Solarglide 5 model at Intersport. Registration for the event is already possible in the application adidas Running.
