The popular adidas brand, in collaboration with the leading institute for breast biomechanics and breast health from the British University of Portsmouth, has developed new comfortable sports bras that are designed with the female body in mind. Adequate breast support during exercise is crucial, and the harmful effects of wearing the wrong bra have led many women to more serious problems, which can have a negative impact on women's participation in sports.

The new adidas sports bra collection is created from natural materials that provide additional fit, reduce chafing, generously cool the skin and ensure breathability. Bras have different levels of support depending on the occasion - the collection includes soft, ballet-inspired models for everyday use, which provide real comfort, while providing full support and adapting to the movement of the chest area. For yoga, pilates and other low- to medium-intensity exercises, higher bras that cover most of the chest are more suitable, and the light fabric allows for relaxed movement. Bras for high-intensity sports and running are designed to offer maximum support. Various models are available in a wide spectrum of sizes, so that as many women as possible can enjoy their activities completely without inhibitions.

Many well-known Slovenian women, such as a personal trainer and a former competitor of the Exatlon show, joined in raising awareness about the importance of choosing the right bra. Eva Peternelj, Kaja Casar, who we met in the reality show Dream Man, entrepreneur and podcast host Nina Gaspari, singer and new mother She loves Rogel and yoga teacher and adidas Runners captain Tamara Pavlovic. All of the above will show on their social networks how pleasant it is to participate in sports when nothing pressures you, and how important proper chest support is.
