We know drones are on the rise. Perhaps even bigger than electric cars. It's only a matter of time before they take our children to school or bring us food from the grocery store. What if you had another one right at home? Such, in the form of a digital assistant? Looks like we're getting one soon too.
Aeven Aire should become the first flying home assistant, which you will manage with a smartphone, similar to Google Home or Amazon Echo.
They installed the drone microphone and speaker and of course also camera with 4K resolution and 3D technology. Amazon Alexa will enable you with by voice command order the drone to takes your photo from under the living room ceiling. The good side of the Aire drone is also that compared to its other 'relatives' quite quiet. Aire is equipped with sensors, which help him avoid objects in the apartment, and camera on the bottom for easier positioning. The drone will also provide greater security, because even when you're away, you'll always be in touch with what's happening via your smartphone and the camera on the drone. The Aevena Aire is powered by an Nvidia TX1 chip, produced by the same company. Aire will land at its station, at which v charged the battery in less than 30 minutes. He will make friends with IOS as with Androids, and the connection will be possible via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Are you still wondering how fast it will fly? I'm supposed to pass 1 to 2 meters per second, 8 minutes but it should last the whole flight.
Aire is still involved in the Kickstarter campaign, but it is expected to fly into our homes December 2018. You can buy it for 630 euros.
