The long-awaited Alfa Romeo Tonale has been revealed, bringing electric powertrains and being the first car in the world to be equipped with a digital NFT certificate.

We will easily connect the new Alfa to the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto systems, and there will also be no problems with the Amazon assistant Alexa.

The Alfa Romeo Tonale will be electrified in two levels, as a mild hybrid and as a plug-in hybrid. The mild hybrid is completely new 1.5 liter engine that will have 130, respectively 160 horsepower. In both cases, the drive will be sent to the front wheel pair, and it will be available for shifting 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission. 48-volt electric motor with 15 kW of power will be able to drive the wheels even when the internal combustion engine is turned off. This will enable starting, maneuvering when parking and so-called ``sailing'' to take place using only electricity.
The best of the range will be the plug-in hybrid, which will have 275 horsepower. The plug-in hybrid Q4 combines 1.3 liter A MultiAir turbo gasoline engine driving the front wheels and an electric motor mounted on the rear wheels. The electric motor draws energy from a battery with a capacity 15.5 kWh and from 0 to 100 km/h shoots in 6.2 seconds. The Tonale Q4 represents one of the more efficient hybrids in its class and can transport between with a full battery 80 and 60 kilometers a long way. When charging with power 7.4 kW the battery will be full after two and a half hours.
