Pleasantly warm summer evenings in Ljubljana call for a romantic summer movie theater under the bright stars. The tradition of screening films on Congress Square, which was revived last year, will please us again this year between August 24 and 26.
The big screen above which rises the Ljubljana Castle, the summer breeze that catches in the treetops of Zvezda Park and the stars above our heads are all things that will add a touch of nostalgia and romance to watching movies on Kongresni trg. The tradition of showing films on Kongresni trg began way back in 1941, but it was revived last year, when everyone's beloved Ljubljana cinema Kinodvor celebrated its 90th birthday.

Med August 24 and 26 will be shown on the big screen in three evenings three movie classics. The addresses are not yet known, but the annual cinema on Kongresni trg is entirely organized by the Kinodvor for visitors free of charge.
