In October, we will step into a slightly cooler time, when we will enjoy pasta and meat dishes, which we will also prepare at the October cooking academy, which will be called Italian cuisine. You are welcome!
Italian cuisine is famous for the best pizzas and pastas, and we will prepare some of the tastiest delicacies together with your help at the October cooking academy. The official water of the academy is Jamnica, but there will also be a drop of wine and a good atmosphere.
The main dishes will be prepared by the head chef in the renovated Bosch Siemens salon Kaval inns and pizzerias, Dragan Marjanović, the desserts will be provided by a confectioner from Lolita, Greg Roda, but we won't miss a drop of rhubarb either.
