Chestnut soup recipe
Ingridients:
- 400 g of chestnuts
- parsley
- 1 white onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 500 ml of vegetable soup base
- pepper
- salt
- 100 ml of sweet cooking cream
Instructions
Wash the chestnuts, cut them crosswise, boil them and peel them. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Melt the butter in a pan, then fry the garlic and onion on it. After about five minutes, pour in the soup base, mix and add the peeled boiled chestnuts. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 15 minutes.

Add cooking cream to the soup and blend it into a thick mixture with a stick blender. Arrange the soup on plates, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve. Bon Appetit!
