Blueberry jam gives them a special sweetness, and yogurt and milk give them a creamy structure! Oatmeal is an ideal choice for many people for breakfast - in combination with fruit, vegetable milk or a little chocolate, they are a source of health.
Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 cup of milk
- 100 g of yogurt
- sweetener as desired
- 1 tablespoon of blueberry jam and a few fresh blueberries
Directions
- Grind the oatmeal in a blender, then add the baking powder and other ingredients, yogurt, milk and sweetener.
- Pour half of the mixture into a greased bowl, add a spoonful of jam and some fresh blueberries, and cover with the rest of the mixture. This amount of mixture is enough for two servings.
- Bake in an oven heated to 180 °C for 15 minutes.
