Recipe: Baked Oatmeal

Sweet breakfast from the oven. A recipe that combines delicious and healthy food!

Blueberry jam gives them a special sweetness, and yogurt and milk give them a creamy structure! Oatmeal is an ideal choice for many people for breakfast - in combination with fruit, vegetable milk or a little chocolate, they are a source of health.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 100 g of yogurt
  • sweetener as desired
  • 1 tablespoon of blueberry jam and a few fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. Grind the oatmeal in a blender, then add the baking powder and other ingredients, yogurt, milk and sweetener.
  2. Pour half of the mixture into a greased bowl, add a spoonful of jam and some fresh blueberries, and cover with the rest of the mixture. This amount of mixture is enough for two servings.
  3. Bake in an oven heated to 180 °C for 15 minutes.
