On the beautiful Bas de Bas estate, from where the recognizable Bibich wines also originate, we find two beautiful stone villas. The estate is located a few kilometers away from Skradin, and the owners have transformed the former ruins, located on a six-hectare plot of land overgrown with vineyards and olive trees, into a modern villa.
The ruins of former stone vineyard houses have thus acquired a new, modern image, and today they invite guests from all over the world into their luxurious embrace. Breathtaking is not only the surroundings overgrown with olive trees and vineyards, but also the interior of the villas, signed by the best Croatian interior designers. Fairies are designed in an environmentally friendly way, each has its own source of water, and they generate energy with the help of solar cells.
Vilama is a shared large outdoor pool that spans the property while allowing for intimacy with private courtyards and lounges. These can be glazed in bad weather. Next to the pool, the villas share a beautiful garden with seasonal vegetables and herbs, where guests can get to know locally produced food better.
The interior is designed by renowned architect Boris Ružić. On the ground floor of the first villa there is a bathroom, a modern kitchen, a living room with designer furniture and a dining room. You climb the stairs to the first floor, where there are bedrooms with a gallery. In front of the villa there is a private sun terrace, and inside the courtyard is an intimate Zen garden with deck chairs. The ground floor layout of the second villa is inspired by the first, with two bedrooms located on the first floor, making the villa perfect for families. The second villa also boasts a private garden and a private terrace.
The surroundings offer a range of possibilities for active leisure time. You can visit Šibenik or drive to Krka National Park. You can also enjoy hiking or walking, or you can simply let go of the moment and relax by the pool.
