And the Slovenians?

Official figures for 2020 are not yet available at the time of writing, but we believe that despite a difficult year, they have not changed too much compared to the past. At the top are definitely Volkswagen, Renault and Škoda, which also dominate the minds of Slovenians in recent decades, thanks to greater investments in advertising on the market. But because we are Slovenes even very rational buyers, in recent years the models of Toyota and the sister concern Hyundai-Kia have already cut strongly into the pie of the dominant ones on our market and are slowly changing the taste of Slovenians. This is also a sign that Slovenians are a real automobile nation.

According to the latest data for 11/2020, the best-selling model in Slovenia is the Renault Clio, followed by the Škoda Octavia. (data 11/2020)
