The feast of spicy dishes features five award-winning chefs of British-Bangladeshi origin, as selected by Curry Life Magazine.
The British Curry Festival returns to Ljubljana for the third year in a row. Five top chefs, specially selected by Curry Life Magazine to showcase the best of British curry, will prepare 50 new and traditional curry dishes, including the world-famous chicken version of tikka massala, as well as jalfrezi and balti dishes. Abul Monsur from Taj Cuisine, Soyful Alom from Signature Viceroy, Kaysar Ahmed from Zeera, Allam Shah Ullah from Cutlers Spice and Altaf Hussain from Yuva Fusion Cuisine will be cooking. Not only will the visitors be able to try the dishes of the aforementioned masters, they will also be able to learn to prepare authentic curries themselves in a short cooking course under their guidance.
