Brownie recipe

Do you want to prepare perfect brownies, dark, creamy inside, that do not crumble when cut?

It is possible, but you will have to work hard and avoid dangerous traps…

Follow the tips that will lead you to the perfect brownies.

1. Using ingredients from the refrigerator

If the recipe says that the ingredients should be at room temperature, it's best to follow that. It is enough to take the eggs and butter out of the refrigerator half an hour to an hour before you start mixing.

For desserts, in general, do not deviate from the recipe and do not work by eye. The chances of something going wrong are high.

2. Baking mistakes

For brownies, it is important to choose a suitable model for baking, heat the oven well - and do not overbake them.

We recommend using a metal or ceramic model so that they bake evenly. Line it with baking paper and preheat the oven well before baking.

And most importantly, stick to the recommended baking time and check the condition regularly. Test with a toothpick; only moist crumbs should remain on it.

3. Are you in a hurry to cut them? Be patient!

We believe you have a hard time waiting for them to cool, but you really shouldn't cut them while they're still hot. Namely, they are much softer when hot, so you can easily destroy them even with the thinnest knife.

After you take them out of the oven, let them cool in the tin, then cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, cut them up and pack them in a plastic container with a lid.
