On the last Thursday of November, the newest burger bar in Ljubljana opened its doors. Pop's Place boasts the most hip food and drink of the moment – burgers and craft or boutique beer – and impresses with a modern interior with a touch of trendy industrial style.

On Cankarjev embankment 3 in old Ljubljana, in the very place where we used to buy socks or pantyhose here and there, opened after a long wait pop's place burger bar. The new snack bar, where from now on we can enjoy delicious burgers and craft beer, got its name from the founder of the As tavern - Svetozar Raspopović.
Pop's PlaceHis son Sebastjan Raspopović, who continues the family business, expanded the culinary offer to include a burger bar, combining knowledge, experience, strength and ideas with Greg Yurkovich. Together, they have created a modern gastronomic restaurant where their guests will be able to indulge in a pleasant atmosphere, with good music and most importantly – with top-quality burgers and other typical American grilled dishes and excellent boutique beers from the region.
