Coffee beans come from Colombia, where they grow at an altitude of 1,450 meters above sea level. Due to the high altitude of growth, coffee has therefore lower caffeine content (about 88 mg per cup), which is especially welcome for all those who need to avoid caffeine. That coffee is something really special is also proven by the fact that it is only available in selected bars across Slovenia, including the restaurant Hiša Franko, run by world-renowned chef Ana Roš.
