Makro Beer Fest 2017: a big festival of small breweries in Maribor

On Friday, September 29 and Saturday, September 30, Maribor will host the fourth, now traditional, microbrewing festival - Makro Beer Fest 2017, a large festival of small breweries, where 30 brewers from Germany, Austria, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia. Visitors will be able to choose from about 100 types of beer, different styles of "pale ale", "indian pale ale", "porter", "stout" and the increasingly popular "sour" and "gose".

Premiere: the musical Rent in the City Theater of Ljubljana

The musical Rent, a hit of the New York scene of the 1990s, will come to life on the main stage of the City Theater of Ljubljana in a renovation by director Stanoslav Moša. The premiere will take place on Thursday, September 21, 2017, at 8 p.m. on the big stage. Don't miss the musical, which features a variety of sing-along songs and a powerful confessional story.
