Let's be honest. Electric motorcycles have so far fallen into two categories. The first is those that look like kitchen appliances on steroids and have the charisma of a toaster. The second is those that cost as much as a studio apartment in Ljubljana, but you can't even get to the sea on them without reading War and Peace while waiting at a charging station. But it seems that the Barras brothers from Hong Kong have finally found the holy grail with their new project BBM Hiro Streetfighter. Or at least a very good approximation.

If you ride a scooter, real bikers only greet you if their visor gets fogged up or they are very polite. Especially in the USA, where scooters are seen as a means of transportation for those who have given up on life. But LiveWire, the electric branch of the legendary Harley-Davidson, has just thrown down the gauntlet in the face of this prejudice. They are preparing an electric maxi-scooter - the LiveWire Maxi-Scooter, which promises to change the rules of the game. And guess what? They might even succeed, because under the plastic they have hidden the heart of a real beast.
Imagine the scenario: you create a successful company, take it to the Dakar Rally, wow the world, and then... you just walk away. And start over. This is not a Mexican soap opera script, this is Zhang Xue. The man who gave the world the Kove Moto is back with a new brand, the ZX Moto, and the 820 X. It sounds suspiciously like a rock star's "last farewell concert," but when you look at the specs of this three-cylinder machine, it becomes clear: this guy is not kidding. He's an engineer who clearly hates boredom.
CFMOTO has unveiled its latest two-wheeled chic: the CFMOTO Papio SS 2026, a mini café racer that first captivates with a pair of headlights that resemble wide-open eyes. It's as if the bike has just realized it's become the center of attention - and honestly, you can't blame it. It's an updated and even more compact version of the 2024 model, dressed in a retro orange-beige combination that looks like an homage to the 80s, but without the climbing hair.
NIU, long synonymous with practical urban e-scooters, presents the Concept 06 – a bold vision that, with 20 kW (27 hp) of power and a top speed of 155 km/h (96 mph), goes where conventional scooters don’t go. In addition to the power, it brings a rich technology package, radars, smart projected warning lights and an AI system that analyzes the ride. But because it’s still a concept, important data such as battery, range and charging time remain hidden behind the curtain.
Benelli has unveiled its most refined road bike to date at the EICMA show – the Benelli TRK 902 Stradale. A tourist, an athlete and a slightly spoiled gentleman on two wheels.
Ah, BSA – that legendary British brand that once roamed the roads, but now takes to the dirt with renewed vigor. The new Thunderbolt 350, unveiled at EICMA, is not just a nostalgic homage to the sixties, but a true adventure bike. It has character, confidence and – surprisingly – a healthy price-performance ratio. With 29 horses under the seat and an old-school soul, it takes you from the hustle and bustle of the city straight into the mud without needing mortgage advice. Is this a bike for everyone? No. But it’s very close.
CFMoto is preparing the CFMoto V4 SR-RR, a prototype supercar that delivers more than 210 horsepower, weighing under approximately 200 kilograms (≈ < 440 lbs), active aerodynamics and Akrapovič titanium exhaust. Top speed exceeds 300 km/h (186 mph). The model is expected to hit the roads in 2027.
The MV Agusta Brutale Oro 2026 has been synonymous with Italian design, high performance and unbridled energy since 2002. With the new generation presented at EICMA 2026, the legendary motorcycle sets new standards in the balance between raw power and everyday usability.
If the Vespa was the Italian darling, the Lambretta was always the rebellious neighbor who turned keys in the yard and dreamed of racing through narrow streets. Both raised a generation on wheels from the ashes of war in Italy: the Vespa built an empire on soft lines and romance, the Lambretta on sharp edges and stubborn steel. One became a global icon, the other remained a cult choice for connoisseurs. The Lambretta Elettra S knocks on Italy's door with its electric drive.
If there's a bike that smells of freedom and is practical enough for everyday riding, it's the new Himalayan 450. It's not an ultra-sporter, it's not a lounge cruiser - it's a life companion that says, "Here I am, let's go anywhere."
RIEJU is returning to its rebellious roots: the new SCRAMBLER 607 is a classic 60s look with modern technology. We first saw it at EICMA 2025 in Milan – and yes, it looks like it wants to steal your Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
