Postojna restaurant vagabond Tedej Batis has been part of Ljubljana's restaurant scene for more than seven years. He took his first steps as a waiter in the Ribiška koča in Postojna, trained in the Bernardin hotels, and after graduating from higher school for catering and tourism in Bled, he attacked Ljubljana. He faced the challenges of managing Café Ažba in the National Gallery, catering at the Ljubljana Castle and Triglav Restaurant, and one of the braver challenges was managing the legendary Slovan on Kodeljevo. Currently, Tedej sees a challenge in catering in one of the most famous hostels in the world, in Celica. Here, he has provided a comprehensive range of cuisine for guests and outsiders, who will enjoy a varied culinary program, which is also accompanied in Celica by an active entertainment program of exhibitions, jam-sessions, which are skilfully connected with themed culinary or bar feasts and themed drinks evenings , which are every other Friday. His company in the cellular catering collective is made up of students, who represent the majority of the employees and form a comprehensive culinary and bar collective.
