CES 2018: Onewheel+ XR: Roll away on a single wheel skateboard

CES 2018: Onewheel+ XR: Roll away on a single wheel skateboard

"Look, no hands!" as children, we squealed with excitement when we managed to ride a bicycle without holding the handlebars. Well, then some people switched to skateboarding, which meant riding without the use of hands anyway, but a normal skateboard has four little wheels. The one we want to present to you has only one wheel, which at first glance seems impossible. "Without hands", of course.

Company Future Motion is at the fair CES 2018 introduced its latest electric skateboard Onewheel+ XR, which is an upgrade of the Onewheel + model.

Quite a skateboard Onewheel+ XR differs from the others, it is huge wheel in the middle. They are on each side of the wheel wooden boards, on which we step with our feet. Z leaning forward skateboard let's speed up, but if we hold back, we slow it down.

Onewheel+ XR powered Hypercore Brushless motor and excellent batteries that can do just that 20 to 29 kilometers distance, depending on the terrain. We will be able to drive at speed 30 kilometers per hour. We only run it with with a slight forward tilt, no button, no actuation.

The Onewheel+ XR skateboard is available for 1,550 euros.
