Challengers of fate stretched a hammock 120 meters above the desert

We usually imagine hammocks somewhere under the canopy, by the sea, but certainly not 120 meters above the ground and in the desert. But it was precisely at such a height that a group of adrenaline junkies erected it above the Moab desert among the red deserts in Utah, USA, and called it the "Mothership Space Net Penthouse". Crazy!

“Mothership Space Net Penthouse” is five-pronged hammock of vivid colors, which a group of BASE jumpers (jumpers from standing structures), tightrope walkers and slackers, with the help of random volunteers, managed to climb over the desert of Moab. Despite more than 50 pairs of hands, they kept knitting it three days.

The network had something for everyone. For tightrope walkers and slackers, the challenge was to walk on five different ropes that held it (the longest leg had 78 meters), for BASE jumpers, it was a springboard for jump into the valley through the "eye" in the middle of the net, and paragliders also came to their own account.

As guaranteed by the participants, he was not during the venture no one hurt, but the network forged new bonds of friendship between different types of daredevils.
