Concert: opera pop trio Il Volo with a show in Ljubljana in December

Il Volo are considered the successors of the 'three tenors' and are one of the few Italian musical groups that have become famous all over the world and among all generations. After a successful American and European tour, the boys announced a concert spectacle in Slovenia for the end of this year. On December 20, they will perform in the Stožice Hall in Ljubljana.

Opera pop trio Il Volo consisting of a baritone Gianluca Ginoble (23) and two tenors Piero Barone (25) and Ignazio Boschetto (23).

The group was formed in 2009, when they performed as individuals in a music show Ti lascio una canzone, where they teamed up in Il Volo at the initiative of director Roberto Cenci. A music producer noticed the young trio Tony Renis, who offered them a contract with his American publishing house. From here on, the boys began to conquer the world. In 2015, they are with a song Grande amore won the Sanremo Festival, and they performed with the song of the same name in the same year at Eurovision in Austria, where they took third place.

They have been actively working on the project for the last two years Notte Magica in memory of the three tenors – Domingo, Carreras and Pavarotti. Domingo also participated in the project as a performer and conductor.

They also testify to their success two Latin American Grammy nominations in the category for best new artist and best album. So far they have published five albums, where they collaborated with Placido Domingo and Eros Ramazzotti and were already on eleven tours.
