The Duster 2024 boasts Dacia's latest design language, reminiscent of a smaller version of the Bigster concept. Various powertrains are available: the hybrid model Hybrid 140 with a combination of a 1.6-liter gasoline engine and two electric motors, the TCe 130 with a 1.2-liter turbo gasoline engine and a mild hybrid engine, and the biofuel engine TCe 100 Bi-Fuel, which allows operation on gasoline and LPG. The hybrid model promises up to 80% operation exclusively on electric drive in urban environments.
At 4.34 meters (171 inches) long, the Duster 2024 retains the length of its predecessor, but boasts an all-new CMF-B platform that provides improved packaging and, for the 6%, a larger boot space of 472 litres. Rear seat passengers will enjoy more legroom, which is especially important on long journeys.
The Dacia Duster 2024 stays true to its off-road roots with 21.6 cm (8.5 inches) of ground clearance for the four-wheel drive version. It offers an approach angle of 31 degrees and a departure angle of 36 degrees, with a descent speed control system for a smooth descent. There are five driving modes: Auto, Snow, Mud/Sand, Off-Road and Eco.
