Vegiedeco Salads are salad cakes, a new food concept by Japanese food stylist Mitsuki Moriyasuke. The ingredients for the salad are not thrown into a bowl, they are made into cakes. Is this a way to get kids to love vegetables at a young age?
Under delicious cakes that are actually salads, is signed Japanese food stylist Mitsuki Moriyasu, who designed the new food concept in 2015, and now these vegetable desserts already found on the restaurant menu Bistro La Porte Marseille in Nagoya, Japan. The products are the complete opposite of classic cakes (well, except in an aesthetic sense), as the focus is on health (classic cakes are not healthy). Instead of flour, the main ingredients are plenty of eggs, cream, etc. gluten-free superfood, that contains low carb. They include all kinds of vegetables (including fruits), among others roots and peels, which maximizes the cake's health benefits.
Instead food coloring natural ingredients are used, glaze however, it is usually made from tofu or a cheese spread mixed with fruit.
