What are the differences and how best to prepare them. Iced coffee and coffee with ice cream are the perfect solution for all coffee lovers, as well as for those who need sweet refreshment on hot summer days.

One way to prepare iced coffee is to make ice cubes from the coffee itself, by pouring it cooled into an ice mold and freezing it. If you want, you can use ice cream instead of ice, i.e. put a scoop of ice cream in the coffee.

Although at first glance iced coffee and coffee with ice cream sound similar, the difference lies in the preparation method.

Iced coffee is exactly what the name suggests, it is coffee served with ice. So you brew the coffee as usual, cool it and pour it over ice. However, this can dilute the coffee, so make it stronger than usual. So double the amount of ground coffee.

Ice cream coffee is more of a dessert than a drink. You can turn a cup of coffee into a treat by adding ice cream. The hot coffee will slowly melt the ice cream and create a nice cream.
