A good and healthy breakfast is the foundation of eating habits. So what kind of breakfast does beauty Gisele Bündchen have? Allen Campbell, the personal chef of the famous Bündchen-Brady couple, recently discovered her diet.
What else could you expect from one of the highest paid models in the world but a healthy diet. On the menu Gisele Bundchen you can find fruits and vegetables, which represent 80 percent of her total diet and among other things grow in her garden. It is also a healthy food supplement brown rice, quinoa and millet. The rest of the menu forms beef, occasionally also duck and chicken meat, and from fish meat salmon.
Gisele and her husband Tom start the day with a cup of hot water with lemon slices. This is a drink that stimulates digestion and prepare her for easier absorption everything the body will consume that day.
It follows vitamin smoothies, prepared from fresh fruit. And here is the recipe.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2.3 dl of low-fat milk or yogurt
- 100 g blueberries (can be frozen)
- 100 g blackberries (can be frozen)
- 100 g raspberries (can be frozen)
- 2 whole strawberries (can be frozen)
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
Put all the ingredients in a blender, mix well and start your day like Gisele.
